Vintage Pyrex round casserole dish, model 221, made in the USA. This is the 2-quart size with an approximate 8½-inch interior opening and about 10 inches across including the rim. The dish features a solid chartreuse / light green exterior with a white interior, a classic mid-century modern Pyrex colorway.
