Like brand new Grandpad with cover, all accessories and user guides; just like it came new! Bought for my elderly Mom and she didn't like it...only used once to show Mom how to use it, and never used after that. Missing the stylus and no box.
This is an amazing product for elderly people to stay in contact with their loved ones through phone calls, video calls, email. Plus they can store photos, access internet and play games.
