Thermometers measure 160mm long and feature your choice of pocket case: Closed metal, metal with window, closed plastic, plastic with window, aluminum duplex, or nickel-plated brass with window. Enviro-Safe liquid is EnviroKleen certified by ChemTel, an independent laboratory. Thermometers are comparable in accuracy to mercury filled thermometers, but are 100 percent environmentally safe, tested and calibrated in a triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2005, A2LA accredited laboratory against equipment whose calibration is traceable to NIST and/or DKD/PTB (Europe) They are accurate to the requirements of ANSI/SAMA Z236.1-1983, ASTM, NIST, DKD and/or equivalent standards. 0.5 Degree C accuracy.
