PACLOCK's 80-Series is the toughest, most rust-resistant, key-capable locking hitch pin in the world. The “80-Series” offers various pin configurations, including ones for 1-1/4” receivers; 2”, 2-1/2”, and 3" receivers; 4" receivers; or Yakima bike racks. The stainless-steel cotter pin can be used when you don’t need to lock your hitch. Combined with PACLOCK’s RD cylinder technology, the RD-80S is ideal for customers requiring the highest level of security. Its advanced rotating disc cylinder delivers over two billion possible key combinations, guaranteeing no two customers will ever share the same key number. The RD-Series cylinder is impossible to bump and highly pick-resistant due to the anti-drill spin plate. PACLOCK’s RD-Series prevents unauthorized duplication by requiring a designated System Code to reorder additional keys or padlocks keyed alike. Without this code, orders will not be processed. New System orders will include a System Card containing a unique code required for reordering padlocks and keys. Existing customers who wish to add new key numbers to their system can do so under “Customize Now.” Each RD-Series cylinder is 100% made in the USA, with the entire padlock made in the USA with global components by a veteran-led, woman-owned manufacturer employing veterans and people with disabilities. The RD cylinder technology is used in the U.S. military’s General Field Service Padlocks and is formally approved under the Department of War’s Lock Program, meeting Federal Specification FF-P-2827A.
