Each Tower Buster is handcrafted in small batches using a custom blend of shredded copper, steel, and brass metals combined with a proprietary mineral mixture known as our Black Sun Blend. This blend includes finely milled black iron oxide and gold-bearing black sand, which naturally contains a wide range of heavy minerals and fine quartz particles. The mineral composition may include magnetite, hematite, garnet, rutile, ilmenite, zircon, epidote, staurolite, and tourmaline. Fine crushed shungite is also incorporated into the blend. These materials are mixed with high-quality polyester resin and cast into a solid puck-style form. During the curing process, the resin hardens and contracts, securing the internal components into a durable, long-lasting structure.
