You will receive ONE PAIR of MUTE Split Ropes. The Calf Version is a green rope (about 4 ounces per side). Resin impregnated poly rope for extreme durability and long life. The end has an abrasion resistant sleeve for longer rope life. This rope is not metal. MUTE Split Ropes will give you similar benefits to jumping rope such as work your cardiovascular system, shoulders, grip, forearm, and core. It is also a great tool for balance, coordination, and stability. It is a great warm up tool as well!
