The Pronova Mounting Foam B2 is a moisture-curing 1K polyurethane foam developed for a variety of construction and renovation projects. Backfillings and insulating seals when installing windows, exterior door lining and roller shutter boxes. Foam out wall openings and other cavities for effective insulation. Foaming pipes and electrical installations for protection and fixation. Technical details: Working temperature: +5°C to +25°C. Temperature resistance: -40°C to +80°C (short-term up to 100°C). Glue-free: approx. 10-15 minutes Can be cut: approx. 40-50 minutes (20mm strand) Foam yield: approx. 40 litres. Free-foamed (at 750 ml). Hardening: Final strength after approx. 24 hours. Building material class B2 according to DIN 4102-1. DIN EN 13501-1: Class E, normal flammable. Important notes: do not store or transport the tin in the car interior. Can only be secured in the boot and transported standing. Protect can from sunlight. If necessary, do not loosen the can glued to the coupling piece with force (risk of explosion). Do not clean the gun with water. Do not disassemble the gun. Do not scrape foam residue off the gun body with sharp objects. Please refer to the instruction manual of the foam gun for further information. Read hazard and safety instructions before processing. Wear suitable protective clothing (protective gloves/goggles). Since we have no influence on storage and processing conditions, we cannot guarantee the processing result in individual cases due to the large number of materials to be processed. In case of doubt, check material compatibility on an inconspicuous area in self-testing. As of August 24, 2023, appropriate training must be provided before commercial or industrial use.
