After acquiring it, a 512GB SSD was installed using an adapter, divided into two partitions of 256GB each, and both Lion and High Sierra have been installed (selectable with the Option key at startup).
There are some minor exterior scratches, but the keyboard and screen are still clean.
The battery has been charged and discharged 284 times and there are no issues.

It comes with a genuine 60W AC adapter.
