Available in sizes from M3 to M20, E605 taps are manufactured from powder metal high speed cobalt and conform to the International Standards Organization. They have a spiral flute design so are ideal for threading holes which stop part way through the material (blind holes) and the bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool, so you get an accurate, clean thread. E605 long reach taps are suitable for threading a number of materials including stainless steels, steels and aluminium.
