Our hands, as sensory receptors, help us navigate the world, providing insights through touch. In this introductory workshop, we'll harmonize our hands, hearts, minds, and clay. We'll enhance our listening skills, feel through the clay, and let it guide us. Participants will learn essential handbuilding techniques like pinch pots, coiling, slab building, decoration, and glazing, enabling them to create functional or abstract pieces. They can build as many items as they like, take home clay for practice, and pick up fired (cone 5) pieces within three weeks. All glazed pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. All experience levels are welcome.
